Uploading and replacing slides
Add, reorder, and remove the announcement slides your kiosk display rotates through.
Quick answer
From Admin Panel → Announcements, upload a PDF or PPTX file to add a slide. Drag slides to reorder them, and delete the ones you no longer need. Changes appear on your kiosk display automatically — no separate publish step.
Add a slide
Choose a PDF or PPTX file to upload. Each slide can be up to 20MB, and the file you upload becomes the slide exactly as designed — there's no separate editor.
Slides made in Canva export cleanly as PDF and upload without any extra steps.
Reorder your slides
Drag a slide to move it earlier or later in the rotation. Your kiosk display shows slides in the order they're listed here.
Replace a slide
There's no separate "replace" action — upload the new version as a new slide, then delete the old one.
Delete a slide
Deleting a slide removes it immediately and can't be undone — you'll be asked to confirm before it's removed.
Common questions
How many slides can I have at once?
Trial mosques can have 1 active slide; once your mosque is verified, that goes up to 5. See Understanding your storage limits for the full picture.
Do I need to do anything for a new slide to show up on the display?
No — once a slide is uploaded, it appears in your kiosk's rotation on its own.
